Early
Pick-ups:
All

enjoyment of you child’s camp experience. The camp
will expect that you are aware of these important policies
and procedures.
Important
Security Policy:
Two
ID cards will be sent to you in early June. In
addition to a written note or phone call letting Breezemont
know
about a pick-up, one of these cards MUST be
presented by
ANYONE who is to pick up or visit
your child from camp (this includes parents, grandparents,
play-dates, etc.)
For your child’s protection we will carefully follow
this procedure. Please put one of these cards immediately
into your wallet, and give the other cards
to someone who is authorized to pick up or visit your child.
Anyone other than a parent will
also be required to show a driver’s license. Treat
your private identification number with care.
It is not to be shared with
others.
We
are also enclosing 2 Vehicle Parking Passes. We are requiring
all vehicles parked on the camp grounds to have
a sign in the windshield identifying the family’s
name.
Pick
ups before 4:30pm are considered "Early Pick-ups".
For Early Pick-Ups we will have your child waiting for
you.
To pick up your camper before 4:30pm, please observe
the following procedures:
- Notify
the office no later than 8:30am in the morning for early
pick-ups.
- To
notify the office about early pick-ups for campers who
use camp transportation, please use our BUS MAIL.
Bus Mail is where a parent or guardian gives a written
message directly to the van monitor who then delivers
it to the camp office. There are "Breezemont Transportation
Notes" provided specifically for these correspondences.
- Although
we realize that unexpected things come up, ample notice
helps us serve you and your child better.
